1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Operator
Welcome to Expert Studio (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), an AI-directed film, explainer, and commercial production studio operated by Aavraa. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or generating content on Expert Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you are using Expert Studio on behalf of a company, studio, agency, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Accounts, Workspaces & Team Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account or workspace. Workspace owners and administrators may invite team members and configure granular role permissions.
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep your workspace contact email up to date to receive important service and billing notifications.
3. Subscriptions, Standard 30-Day Billing Cycles & Renewals
Paid monthly plans (including Standard, Premium, and Enterprise tiers) operate on a standard 30-day billing period starting from the date of payment activation.
Automated Renewal Reminders: Our bookkeeping system tracks your 30-day subscription period and sends an automated reminder email when your billing cycle has 5 or fewer days remaining.
Early Renewal: If you renew your paid plan before your current 30-day period ends, your new 30-day cycle is added onto your remaining active days so you never lose unused time.
Expiration & Creation Pause: Once a workspace’s 30-day paid period ends without renewal, creating or rendering new movies and scenes is automatically paused until the subscription is renewed or paid. All previously rendered movies and scenes remain accessible in your workspace.
Top-Up Scene Packs: Optional top-up scene packs purchased for a workspace do not expire at the end of a month, provided your workspace subscription remains active.
4. Enterprise Plan & Support Renewals
Enterprise workspaces receive custom scene capacity, multi-seat team collaboration, priority rendering, and dedicated onboarding.
When an Enterprise workspace has not yet completed payment or reaches the end of its 30-day billing period, workspace owners should contact our support team at info@expertstudio.app, info@aavraa.com, or +256 702 107 449 for renewal and account reactivation.
5. Intellectual Property & Generated Films
You retain ownership of the original text prompts, scripts, reference images, and audio files you upload to Expert Studio.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and active payment of applicable subscription fees, Expert Studio assigns to you all rights we hold in the final videos and scenes generated by your workspace for commercial and non-commercial distribution. Productions shared on the Free plan may include an Expert Studio watermark.
6. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines
You agree not to use Expert Studio to generate, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, non-consensually deceptive, infringes third-party intellectual property or publicity rights, or violates applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspaces that abuse platform infrastructure, attempt unauthorized API access, or violate these Acceptable Use rules.
7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are processed securely via our supported payment providers (including Mobile Money and card checkout where enabled). Because AI video rendering consumes immediate GPU compute resources upon scene generation, completed subscription payments and consumed scene credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
Expert Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high availability and cinematic consistency across AI-directed scenes, AI generation outputs may vary and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Studio and its parent company Aavraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
